The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is soliciting public opinions on 121 industry standard projects, including those related to artificial intelligence security governance.

PANews reported on March 25th that, according to the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the MIIT's Science and Technology Department is publicly soliciting opinions on 121 industry standard projects, including "Application Security Requirements for Context Protocols of Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Models," and has released a list of proposed standard projects as an attachment. The public comment period is from March 26th to April 24th , 2026. Members of the public with differing opinions can fill out the "Standard Project Approval Feedback Form" and submit it via email during the comment period. The email subject should be "Seventh Batch of Standard Project Approval Public Comment Feedback." The MIIT has also published a contact number for inquiries.
