Meet AI Agent AVA: Web3 AI Agent 24x7 Blockchain Community Support

Web3 communities do not operate on business hours. Questions about node configuration, RPC errors, staking flows, transactions, and setup issues appear across Discord at every hour of the day. Your documentation may be complete, but most users prefer asking in chat instead of reading long guides. Your team ends up repeating the same answers, losing time that should be spent building.

AI Agent AVA changes that. OnFinality’s Web3 AI agent designed to become your round the clock community support teammate. AI Agent AVA reads your documentation, understands your product deeply, reads onchain actions and lives directly inside your community channels, delivering instant and reliable answers.

The Challenge: Web3 Moves Fast, Support Must Move Faster

Blockchain communities are global, technical, and always active. Users ask about RPC endpoints, indexers, staking requirements, validator setup, SubQuery configurations, and transaction data across multiple timezones. Even a short delay in response can create confusion and reduce trust.

The result is a constant support burden. Teams are forced to choose between building the protocol and answering repetitive questions. Documentation exists, but it is static. Community chat is dynamic. Bridging that gap has been difficult.

The Solution: AI Agent AVA having all the knowledge

AI Agent AVA turns static documentation, onchain data, or any other data soure into intelligent conversation. Instead of redirecting users to long guides, AVA retrieves relevant information instantly and explains it clearly inside Discord. Every response is grounded in your official documentation, given data source and project data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Powered by OnFinality’s trusted infrastructure, AI Agent AVA maintains continuous uptime and performance. The same reliability that supports your RPC nodes and indexers now powers your community support layer.

What is AI Agent AVA?

AI Agent AVA is a Web3 native AI agent built specifically for blockchain projects. It is trained on your documentation, technical guides, FAQs, and indexed data. It understands your terminology, architecture, and product flows.

AI Agent AVA lives directly in your community channels, responding like a knowledgeable teammate rather than a generic bot. It answers instantly, cites sources where needed, and keeps your communication consistent across every timezone.

Setup is simple. Connect your documentation, deploy to Discord, and AVA begins helping immediately. There is no complex onboarding or extended training cycle.

Who is AI Agent AVA For?

AI Agent AVA is built for Web3 protocol teams managing active communities.

  • Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks can rely on AVA to handle constant questions about node operations, network upgrades, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • DeFi platforms can use AVA to explain swaps, staking mechanics, yield calculations, and transaction flows in a clear and accessible way.
  • Staking providers and infrastructure projects benefit from precise answers about validator setup, rewards, and configuration.
  • Wallets and dApps can reduce repetitive user support queries about balances, network connections, and transaction status.
  • Explorers and analytics tools can use AVA to make complex blockchain data easier to understand.

For existing OnFinality partners using RPC, APIs, SubQuery, or Subgraph services, AVA becomes a natural extension of your current setup.

How AI Agent AVA Works

AI Agent AVA first ingests your documentation and technical resources. It learns your product structure and support patterns. Once deployed into Discord, it monitors conversations, detects user intent, and generates context aware responses.

When a user asks a question, AI Agent AVA analyzes the request, retrieves relevant information from all the data sources whether it is your documentation, onchain data or any data sources that a user has given AVA to read, and produces a clear and direct answer without unnecessary jargon. It can reference source material so users can verify details and explore further.

All of this runs on OnFinality infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and consistent performance.

UK Looks to US to Adopt More Crypto-Friendly Approach

The post UK Looks to US to Adopt More Crypto-Friendly Approach appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The UK and US are reportedly preparing to deepen cooperation on digital assets, with Britain looking to copy the Trump administration’s crypto-friendly stance in a bid to boost innovation.  UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves and US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent discussed on Tuesday how the two nations could strengthen their coordination on crypto, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.  The discussions also involved representatives from crypto companies, including Coinbase, Circle Internet Group and Ripple, with executives from the Bank of America, Barclays and Citi also attending, according to the report. The agreement was made “last-minute” after crypto advocacy groups urged the UK government on Thursday to adopt a more open stance toward the industry, claiming its cautious approach to the sector has left the country lagging in innovation and policy.  Source: Rachel Reeves Deal to include stablecoins, look to unlock adoption Any deal between the countries is likely to include stablecoins, the Financial Times reported, an area of crypto that US President Donald Trump made a policy priority and in which his family has significant business interests. The Financial Times reported on Monday that UK crypto advocacy groups also slammed the Bank of England’s proposal to limit individual stablecoin holdings to between 10,000 British pounds ($13,650) and 20,000 pounds ($27,300), claiming it would be difficult and expensive to implement. UK banks appear to have slowed adoption too, with around 40% of 2,000 recently surveyed crypto investors saying that their banks had either blocked or delayed a payment to a crypto provider.  Many of these actions have been linked to concerns over volatility, fraud and scams. The UK has made some progress on crypto regulation recently, proposing a framework in May that would see crypto exchanges, dealers, and agents treated similarly to traditional finance firms, with…
