Dominant downtrend in AERO continues with LH/LL structure, but does the recent 10% bounce holding above EMA20 give a short-term CHoCH signal? Watch critical levels for structure breakdown.

Market Structure Overview

AERO’s current market structure reflects a clear downtrend in higher timeframes (1D, 3D, 1W). This structure is defined by consecutive Lower Highs (LH) and Lower Lows (LL) formation; in recent months, price has been trapped in a channel descending from the $0.4544 swing high to $0.1430. Current price at $0.35 level and despite bouncing from $0.32 support with a 24-hour 9.99% rise, the overall structure remains bearish. MTF analysis shows 13 strong levels: 5 supports/2 resistances on 1D, 1 support/4 resistances on 3D, 1 support/3 resistances on 1W dominance solidifying bearish bias. RSI at 50.52 in neutral zone, MACD positive histogram supporting short-term momentum, but Supertrend bearish and $0.47 resistance remains strong. Market structure analysis requires preservation of LLs for trend continuation, and Higher High/Higher Low (HH/HL) transition for change. In this context, break of $0.3673 resistance can trigger bullish scenario with BOS (Break of Structure), while loss of $0.3346 support accelerates downtrend.

Trend Analysis: Uptrend or Downtrend?

Uptrend Signals

For uptrend, HH/HL structure formation is required. Recent price action bouncing from $0.32 to $0.37 marks $0.3346 swing low as Higher Low (HL) and holding above EMA20 ($0.34) is a short-term bullish signal. MACD’s positive histogram supports momentum. However, real HH/HL confirmation requires breaking $0.3673 swing high (score 73/100) and reaching $0.4544. If this level breaks, $0.5668 structural target activates (score 31). For now, these signals are speculative; general LH/LL downtrend not invalidated.

Downtrend Risk

Downtrend solid with LH/LL: Latest swing high $0.3673 as Lower High below $0.4544, swing lows also in LL formation ($0.2725 < previous lows). Supertrend bearish signal and BTC downtrend increase risk. If $0.3346 (score 75/100) breaks, next LL $0.2725 and ultimate $0.1430 (score 62/100, structural target score 22) targeted. If RSI drops below 50, selling pressure intensifies. Staying below $0.3673 critical for downtrend continuation.

Structure Break (BOS) Levels

BOS levels confirm trend change. Bullish BOS: Break of $0.3673 swing high (1D close above), followed by $0.4544 retest confirms CHoCH (Change of Character); this breaks LH/LL and signals HH/HL transition. Bearish BOS: Break of $0.3346 swing low (1D close below), confirms $0.2725 as LL and accelerates downtrend. These levels strong on MTF: $0.3346 1D support, $0.3673 1D resistance. Break should be volume-supported; wait for retest on fakeouts. Overall outlook: Bearish BOS closer ($0.3346 4% away), bullish requires 5% upside.

Swing Points and Importance

Recent Swing Highs

Recent swing highs: $0.3673 (score 73/100, latest top, BOS level), $0.4544 (score 61/100, main resistance, downtrend LH). These points preserve LH formation; rejection at $0.3673 continues downtrend, break signals structure change. Previous highs align with $0.47 Supertrend resistance, surpassing unlocks $0.5668.

Recent Swing Lows

Recent swing lows: $0.3346 (score 75/100, critical support, latest HL candidate), $0.2725 (score 61/100), $0.1430 (score 62/100, major bottom). Hold at $0.3346 supports short-term recovery, break confirms LL. These lows define descending channel’s lower band; hold requires volume.

Bitcoin Correlation

BTC at $66,546 in downtrend (LH/LL), Supertrend bearish, dominance rise pressuring altcoins. If BTC supports $66,250/$62,970 break, AERO $0.3346 loss accelerates; if resistances $67,788/$69,929 break, AERO $0.3673 BOS can trigger. AERO highly correlated to BTC (%0.85+), BTC drop brings altcoin dump – full risk below $60,000 BTC. Watch: If BTC holds $66,250, AERO recovery chance; otherwise expect synchronized drop. Details in AERO Spot Analysis and AERO Futures Analysis.

Structural Outlook and Expectations

Structural outlook bearish: LH/LL downtrend dominant, MTF resistance superiority with high probability of staying below $0.3673. Short-term above EMA20 and MACD bullish signal may test $0.3673, but no BOS confirmation. Expectations: Hold $0.3346 leads to consolidation, break opens $0.1430 path; bullish requires double break $0.3673/0.4544. Structure analysis objective: Trend reversal comes with CHoCH, currently continuation dominant. Risk management: Stop-loss at swing lows, targets at structural levels. Market volatile, no news flow but BTC dominant.

UK Looks to US to Adopt More Crypto-Friendly Approach

The post UK Looks to US to Adopt More Crypto-Friendly Approach appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The UK and US are reportedly preparing to deepen cooperation on digital assets, with Britain looking to copy the Trump administration’s crypto-friendly stance in a bid to boost innovation.  UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves and US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent discussed on Tuesday how the two nations could strengthen their coordination on crypto, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.  The discussions also involved representatives from crypto companies, including Coinbase, Circle Internet Group and Ripple, with executives from the Bank of America, Barclays and Citi also attending, according to the report. The agreement was made “last-minute” after crypto advocacy groups urged the UK government on Thursday to adopt a more open stance toward the industry, claiming its cautious approach to the sector has left the country lagging in innovation and policy.  Source: Rachel Reeves Deal to include stablecoins, look to unlock adoption Any deal between the countries is likely to include stablecoins, the Financial Times reported, an area of crypto that US President Donald Trump made a policy priority and in which his family has significant business interests. The Financial Times reported on Monday that UK crypto advocacy groups also slammed the Bank of England’s proposal to limit individual stablecoin holdings to between 10,000 British pounds ($13,650) and 20,000 pounds ($27,300), claiming it would be difficult and expensive to implement. UK banks appear to have slowed adoption too, with around 40% of 2,000 recently surveyed crypto investors saying that their banks had either blocked or delayed a payment to a crypto provider.  Many of these actions have been linked to concerns over volatility, fraud and scams. The UK has made some progress on crypto regulation recently, proposing a framework in May that would see crypto exchanges, dealers, and agents treated similarly to traditional finance firms, with…
