Faster Than Solana, Cheaper Than Cardano – The Ethereum L2 Sparking Major Hype

Promoted as faster than Solana and cheaper than Cardano, this Ethereum Layer 2 project combines the viral energy of the meme token space with actual blockchain performance.

At a presale price of just $0.0047 per LBRETT, analysts are projecting gains of 100x or more as the next bull run approaches. Ultra-high staking rewards and a $1 million giveaway are fueling a powerful wave of FOMO across both meme coin hunters and DeFi investors.

Why Layer 2 gives Layer Brett the edge over Solana and Cardano

Unlike Solana and Cardano, which face congestion and higher fees under heavy network demand, Layer Brett leverages Ethereum Layer 2 scaling for near-instant transactions and minimal costs. Solana is known for speed, but frequent outages and volatility have left users cautious. Cardano continues to focus on stability and governance, yet it still lags in transaction speeds and fee competitiveness.

Key features that set Layer Brett apart include:

  • Staking rewards exceeding 12,580% APY for early participants.
  • Easy wallet integration with MetaMask and Trust Wallet.
  • A fully decentralized system with no KYC requirements.
  • A transparent tokenomics structure fixed at 10 billion tokens.

What makes Layer Brett different from Shiba Inu, Pepe, Bonk, Dogecoin, and Brett?

The meme token market is crowded with Shiba Inu, Pepe, Bonk, Dogecoin, and Brett (original), each making waves but falling short of providing real blockchain solutions. Shiba Inu built a loyal community, but its Layer 1 congestion continues to drag performance.

Pepe generated volatility but lacks sustainable utility. Bonk’s presence on Solana has been hit with sharp corrections, while Dogecoin, despite strong branding, suffers from slow transaction speeds and limited development. Brett (original) succeeded on Base as a cultural meme, yet it offers little beyond trading momentum.

Layer Brett changes the narrative by combining Ethereum Layer 2 speed, low fees, staking incentives, and roadmap features like NFT integration and DAO governance. It merges the viral potential of a meme token with genuine blockchain scaling, something no other competitor has achieved.

Solana price is skyrocketing, but Layer Brett has captured the market’s attention

Solana remains a strong contender in the altcoin space with solid price momentum, but Layer Brett has already shifted focus in the crypto community. DeFi participants are drawn to its staking structure, presale pricing, and Ethereum-backed Layer 2 scaling.

The crypto presale is live, with more than 30% of tokens already allocated to early investors, raising urgency among those looking for outsized returns.

Why investors are looking beyond Cardano for the next big Layer 2 crypto

Cardano continues to attract investors for its governance model and steady development. However, its slower upgrades and higher fees leave a gap in the market that Layer Brett is ready to fill.

The project blends the speed of Solana, the focus of Cardano, and the meme appeal of Shiba Inu, Pepe, Bonk, Dogecoin, and Brett. This hybrid makes Layer Brett one of the most compelling presale opportunities of 2025.

Conclusion: The next top meme coin and DeFi token?

Layer Brett remains in presale, but available tokens are disappearing quickly. With a smaller market cap than all major competitors and a $0.0047 entry point, the upside is massive for those who act now.

For investors searching for the next 100x altcoin, the best crypto to buy now may already be here.

Ethereum Layer 2 is about to redefine meme culture with real blockchain power, and Layer Brett is leading the charge.

Google Cloud taps EigenLayer to bring trust to agentic payments

The post Google Cloud taps EigenLayer to bring trust to agentic payments appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Two days after unveiling AP2 — a universal payment layer for AI agents that supports everything from credit cards to stablecoins — Google and EigenLayer have released details of their partnership to bring verifiability and restaking security to the stack, using Ethereum. In addition to enabling verifiable compute and slashing-backed payment coordination, EigenCloud will support insured and sovereign AI agents, which introduce consequences for failure or deviation from specified behavior. Sovereign agents are positioned as autonomous actors that can own property, make decisions, and execute actions independently — think smart contracts with embedded intelligence. From demos to dollars AP2 extends Google’s agent-to-agent (A2A) protocol using the HTTP 402 status code — long reserved for “payment required” — to standardize payment requests between agents across different networks. It already supports stablecoins like USDC, and Coinbase has demoed an agent checkout using its Wallet-as-a-Service. Paired with a system like Lit Protocol’s Vincent — which enforces per-action policies and key custody at signing — Google’s AP2 with EigenCloud’s verifiability and cross-chain settlement could form an end-to-end trust loop. Payments between agents aren’t as simple as they are often made to sound by “Crypto x AI” LARPs. When an AI agent requests a payment in USDC on Base and the payer’s funds are locked in ETH on Arbitrum, the transaction stalls — unless something abstracts the bridging, swapping and delivery. That’s where EigenCloud comes in. Sreeram Kannan, founder of EigenLayer, said the integration will create agents that not only run on-chain verifiable compute, but are also economically incentivized to behave within programmable bounds. Through restaked operators, EigenCloud powers a verifiable payment service that handles asset routing and chain abstraction, with dishonest behavior subject to slashing. It also introduces cryptographic accountability to the agents themselves, enabling proofs that an agent actually executed the task it…
