WINNIPEG, MB, Jan. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ – Boyd Group Services Inc. (TSX: BYD) (NYSE: BGSI) (“BGSI”, “the Boyd Group”, “Boyd” or “the Company”) today announced an update on the acquisition of Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, the definitive agreement having been previously announced on October 29, 2025. Regulatory requirements have been satisfied and as a result, the Company intends to announce the closing of the acquisition on January 9, 2026.
