E-Estate Group Inc. set to scale real estate tokenization globally

E-Estate Group Inc., a real estate technology company, is upping the ante in its global real estate tokenization expansion, setting its sights on more mainstream financial markets.

A notable effort has been the recent launch of the Association of Real Digital Realtors, organised by CEO Brandon Stephenson as an educational initiative aimed at professionals working in tokenized real estate.

More specifically, the program is intended to promote standardized training and responsible practices in the maturing sector in order “to support realtors at every stage of their careers.”

The strategy relies heavily on certified agents, who receive access to tokenized property listings, as well as educational materials and marketing tools, to allow for rapid international scaling.

At the same time, this approach ensures the company can maintain the highest regulatory standards, which, as outlined in the December 18 Tokenized Property Disclosure & Asset Report, is now among the management’s chief concerns.

Artificial intelligence to help real estate tokenization

Recent technological trends also play a key role in the platform’s scaling operations. In a December 17 press release, E-Estate disclosed it had integrated artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with property selection and risk analysis.

As such, these systems help evaluate location quality, income performance, development needs, and projected investor demand, and together with blockchain verification mechanisms, they also enhance transparency.

Looking ahead, the company has outlined a long-term Vision 2034 roadmap, starting with the E-Estate Global Summit set to take place on January 31, 2026, in Miami, Florida, where it plans to present its strategy in more detail and showcase advancements in tokenized real estate.

All in all, as real-world asset (RWA) tokenization shifts from early experimentation to structural worldwide adoption, E-Estate is positioning itself to offer fractional access to physical properties, priced as low as $10, through blockchain-enabled investment models.

The approach claims to significantly lower the capital barriers traditionally associated with property investment and has so far attracted $18.4 million in investments through the platform, with 11 properties tokenized to date.

Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future

The post Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. “It’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress,” writes Pipes. Getty Images Washington is addicted to taxing success. Now, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is floating a plan to skim half the patent earnings from inventions developed at universities with federal funding. It’s being sold as a way to shore up programs like Social Security. In reality, it’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress. Yes, taxpayer dollars support early-stage research. But the real payoff comes later—in the jobs created, cures discovered, and industries launched when universities and private industry turn those discoveries into real products. By comparison, the sums at stake in patent licensing are trivial. Universities collectively earn only about $3.6 billion annually in patent income—less than the federal government spends on Social Security in a single day. Even confiscating half would barely register against a $6 trillion federal budget. And yet the damage from such a policy would be anything but trivial. The true return on taxpayer investment isn’t in licensing checks sent to Washington, but in the downstream economic activity that federally supported research unleashes. Thanks to the bipartisan Bayh-Dole Act of 1980, universities and private industry have powerful incentives to translate early-stage discoveries into real-world products. Before Bayh-Dole, the government hoarded patents from federally funded research, and fewer than 5% were ever licensed. Once universities could own and license their own inventions, innovation exploded. The result has been one of the best returns on investment in government history. Since 1996, university research has added nearly $2 trillion to U.S. industrial output, supported 6.5 million jobs, and launched more than 19,000 startups. Those companies pay…
