The IDC MarketScape research is a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the characteristics that explain a vendor’s success in the MESCCN space and helps assess current and anticipated performance in the marketplace. E2open was recognized as a Leader.

IDC Manufacturing Insights defines a MESCCN as any platform that facilitates both the exchange of information and enables transactions among disparate parties pertaining to the supply chain or to supply chain processes. As the report notes, “While the evaluation here is of the commerce platform itself as it pertains to the supply chain, the ability to integrate with, or be integrated with, supply chain applications spanning both planning and execution/fulfillment is the way of the future for these networks.” These networks help organizations resolve disruptions, mitigate risk, improve sustainability and unlock shared value across partners and tiers.

A leader in multi-enterprise supply chain networks

The IDC MarketScape cites several strengths for e2open, including:

  • Network scale: When it comes to networks, scale and reach matter. E2open operates a large multi-enterprise supply chain network, directly connecting millions of trading relationships across the downstream channel, upstream supplier, logistics, and global trade ecosystems.
  • Comprehensive AI-powered suite: E2open’s platform offers over 50 modular applications that span the full spectrum of supply chain functions, from demand, supply, and inventory sensing and planning to order execution and logistics orchestration to trade compliance and filing to channel management and shaping, all unified by a dynamic digital twin.
  • Enterprise-grade trust: As a publicly traded, pure-play cloud provider with strong revenue growth and profitability, e2open offers financial stability and transparency.

“Most supply chain disruptions begin outside the four walls of the enterprise, which makes a unified, network-centric approach essential,” said Pawan Joshi, chief strategy officer at e2open. “Clients need the ability to work across all tiers, to see risk sooner, align decisions faster and act with confidence. We believe the IDC MarketScape’s recognition reinforces our commitment to helping organizations transform the way they make, move and sell through a connected, AI-enabled network. We’re energized by the momentum ahead as part of WiseTech Global and grateful to our clients who collaborate with us every day to build more resilient, sustainable supply chains.”

“E2open is a Leader for the fourth time in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Multi-Enterprise Supply Chain Commerce Network Assessment, recognized for its commitment to solving the most complex supply chain challenges for global enterprises,” said Simon Ellis, group vice president at IDC. “With its extensive network and ability to connect planning, execution, logistics and trade, e2open continues to demonstrate the scale and capabilities required for true end-to-end supply chain management.”

Shared value for clients

Clients leverage e2open’s multi-enterprise network to connect, collaborate and execute business processes across partners and tiers, helping them:

  • Mitigate potential bottlenecks with multi-tier visibility and control tower insight
  • Improve productivity by reducing manual work and accelerating decisions
  • Strengthen sustainability and resiliency by aligning actions with service, cost and environmental goals
  • Meet compliance and trade requirements with embedded workflows and global expertise

The IDC MarketScape states that “as ecosystems become a more important part of and a contributor to shared knowledge and integrated operations, the multi-enterprise networks that form part of the underpinnings of those ecosystems also grow in importance.”

E2open has been named a Leader in all four IDC MarketScape reports on Worldwide Multi-Enterprise Supply Chain Commerce Network (2018, 2021, 2023 and 2025). “We believe this consistent recognition underscores our proven experience, expertise and ongoing commitment to helping companies orchestrate their extended value chains through a network-centric approach, fostering real competitive advantage year after year,” said Joshi. China Blocks Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D as Local Chips Rise

The post China Blocks Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D as Local Chips Rise appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. China Blocks Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D as Local Chips Rise China’s internet regulator has ordered the country’s biggest technology firms, including Alibaba and ByteDance, to stop purchasing Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D GPUs. According to the Financial Times, the move shuts down the last major channel for mass supplies of American chips to the Chinese market. Why Beijing Halted Nvidia Purchases Chinese companies had planned to buy tens of thousands of RTX Pro 6000D accelerators and had already begun testing them in servers. But regulators intervened, halting the purchases and signaling stricter controls than earlier measures placed on Nvidia’s H20 chip. Image: Nvidia An audit compared Huawei and Cambricon processors, along with chips developed by Alibaba and Baidu, against Nvidia’s export-approved products. Regulators concluded that Chinese chips had reached performance levels comparable to the restricted U.S. models. This assessment pushed authorities to advise firms to rely more heavily on domestic processors, further tightening Nvidia’s already limited position in China. China’s Drive Toward Tech Independence The decision highlights Beijing’s focus on import substitution — developing self-sufficient chip production to reduce reliance on U.S. supplies. “The signal is now clear: all attention is focused on building a domestic ecosystem,” said a representative of a leading Chinese tech company. Nvidia had unveiled the RTX Pro 6000D in July 2025 during CEO Jensen Huang’s visit to Beijing, in an attempt to keep a foothold in China after Washington restricted exports of its most advanced chips. But momentum is shifting. Industry sources told the Financial Times that Chinese manufacturers plan to triple AI chip production next year to meet growing demand. They believe “domestic supply will now be sufficient without Nvidia.” What It Means for the Future With Huawei, Cambricon, Alibaba, and Baidu stepping up, China is positioning itself for long-term technological independence. Nvidia, meanwhile, faces…
