What Crypto to Buy? A Penny Crypto Coin Targets $2 Which Is Realistic

Which cheap crypto could realistically aim for $2? Investors often search for affordable tokens with strong product foundations and clear utility. A penny crypto with transparent audits, active presale traction, and a practical lending platform can deliver measurable gains over time. Mutuum Finance (MUTM) stands out as a case study. With an expanding product, structured lending models under development, and growing community interest, this token is positioning itself as one of the best crypto candidates for steady growth and strategic accumulation.

Presale Snapshot: Last Deep-Discount Opportunity

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is currently in presale Phase 6. The total token supply stands at 4B MUTMs. Across all phases, presale funds raised reached approximately $19.20 million while combined phases have attracted over 18,400 holders, showing strong community engagement. Phase 6 is priced at $0.035 per token, with 170M tokens allocated, and 95% of them are already sold.

The next phase is expected to see a price increase to $0.040 per token, giving early buyers a chance to secure MUTM at a deep discount. This presale window represents one of the last opportunities to buy before the token moves to higher price points.

What is Mutuum Finance (MUTM)?

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is an on-chain lending and borrowing protocol with dual lending models. The first model, Peer-to-Contract (P2C), pools liquidity into audited smart contracts to power transparent lending markets. Lenders receive mtTokens representing their share and yield. The second model, Peer-to-Peer (P2P), enables direct lending agreements for less liquid or higher-risk tokens, isolating volatility from core pools.

Version 1 of the protocol is expected to be launched on the Sepolia Testnet in Q4 2025. Key components include a Liquidity Pool, mtToken, Debt Token, Liquidator Bot, and initial assets such as ETH and USDT for lending, borrowing, and collateral. This structure ensures a robust foundation for lending markets and utility token demand.

The Mutuum Finance (MUTM) team announced on X that Halborn Security is conducting an independent audit. The codebase has been finalized, and Halborn will test for vulnerabilities, logic errors, and exploits. This review will increase user confidence by ensuring a secure and reliable platform environment. Investors will benefit from the transparency and safety that an expert audit provides before tokens move to wider circulation.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) has proactively conducted audits via CertiK. Methods include Manual Review and Static Analysis. The TokenScan score is 90.00, and the CertiK Skynet score is 79.00, reflecting continuous automated monitoring and code inspection. The bug bounty program totals $50,000 USDT, with reward tiers for Critical ($2,000), Major ($1,000), Medium ($500), and Low ($200) vulnerabilities. Active participation in this program strengthens security, ensuring that investors can interact with the platform with confidence.

The Path to $2: Stablecoin, Buybacks and Potential Listing

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) will introduce a stablecoin minted only when users borrow against collateral and burned when loans are repaid or liquidated. Issuance is controlled: only approved entities or smart contracts can mint stablecoins, each with a capped amount. Governance will actively manage borrowing rates to maintain price stability around $1. For instance, rates will decrease if the price rises above $1 and increase if it falls below, while arbitrage opportunities further support convergence.

Safety mechanisms, including overcollateralization, automatic liquidation when thresholds breach, and idle collateral reserves, create a reliable system. This stablecoin will serve as the backbone of Mutuum’s lending markets, generating recurring borrowing and lending activity and consistent demand for MUTM utility.

Accurate pricing is crucial for lending protocols. Mutuum Finance (MUTM) will integrate primary Chainlink feeds for USD and native assets, fallback oracles for outages, and aggregated DEX-based time-weighted averages. This ensures fair valuations, reducing accidental liquidations and manipulation. Reliable oracles will encourage liquidity providers to take larger, long-term positions.

This in turn will increase fee generation and support treasury resources, reinforcing the utility and economic activity of MUTM. The system creates a direct cycle: accurate pricing leads to confidence, which leads to deeper liquidity and stronger market demand.

With a working product and strong presale traction, Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is likely to attract interest from exchanges, including Tier-1 and Tier-2 platforms. A listing will increase visibility and liquidity, attracting traders and institutional investors. Wider adoption of platform features will follow, generating higher fees and increased demand for MUTM. The current momentum in presale, with Phase 6 already 95% sold, positions MUTM for a smooth transition to exchange trading.

A senior on-chain analyst who has previously predicted BTC and SOL trends recommends converting a small BTC holding into MUTM during early presale phases. Purchasing at $0.01 and now planning to hold through to Phase 6 at $0.035 results in a 3.5x gain, approximately 250% growth. The analyst projects that after a listing at $0.06, post-listing momentum could drive the token 3–6x from the listing price over 6–12 months, depending on liquidity and exchange tier. This shows a strong potential upside, supported by product-led utility and growing market interest.

Final Entry At $0.035

Phase 6 of Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is 95% sold, and the next price step will be $0.040. If you want exposure to a penny token with practical utility, an independent security review, and an anchored stablecoin design, this phase may be your last chance at the current price. Early participation ensures deep-discount entry into one of the best crypto opportunities, while the growing platform continues to grow in utility, adoption, and potential returns.

Google Cloud taps EigenLayer to bring trust to agentic payments

The post Google Cloud taps EigenLayer to bring trust to agentic payments appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Two days after unveiling AP2 — a universal payment layer for AI agents that supports everything from credit cards to stablecoins — Google and EigenLayer have released details of their partnership to bring verifiability and restaking security to the stack, using Ethereum. In addition to enabling verifiable compute and slashing-backed payment coordination, EigenCloud will support insured and sovereign AI agents, which introduce consequences for failure or deviation from specified behavior. Sovereign agents are positioned as autonomous actors that can own property, make decisions, and execute actions independently — think smart contracts with embedded intelligence. From demos to dollars AP2 extends Google’s agent-to-agent (A2A) protocol using the HTTP 402 status code — long reserved for “payment required” — to standardize payment requests between agents across different networks. It already supports stablecoins like USDC, and Coinbase has demoed an agent checkout using its Wallet-as-a-Service. Paired with a system like Lit Protocol’s Vincent — which enforces per-action policies and key custody at signing — Google’s AP2 with EigenCloud’s verifiability and cross-chain settlement could form an end-to-end trust loop. Payments between agents aren’t as simple as they are often made to sound by “Crypto x AI” LARPs. When an AI agent requests a payment in USDC on Base and the payer’s funds are locked in ETH on Arbitrum, the transaction stalls — unless something abstracts the bridging, swapping and delivery. That’s where EigenCloud comes in. Sreeram Kannan, founder of EigenLayer, said the integration will create agents that not only run on-chain verifiable compute, but are also economically incentivized to behave within programmable bounds. Through restaked operators, EigenCloud powers a verifiable payment service that handles asset routing and chain abstraction, with dishonest behavior subject to slashing. It also introduces cryptographic accountability to the agents themselves, enabling proofs that an agent actually executed the task it…
