Little Pepe (LILPEPE) Could Skyrocket 19739%, According to Trader Who Called Shiba Inu’s (SHIB) Run

One prominent crypto trader who correctly forecasted the explosion of Shiba Inu (SHIB) has shifted his focus to Little Pepe (LILPEPE). It implies that it will increase by up to 19,739% within the next cycle. Although all these projections are still speculative, analysts cite the incorporation of meme culture into the project, the advanced infrastructure of Layer 2, and the rapid sale of presales as signs of high investor interest.

Why Little Pepe (LILPEPE) Is Attracting Speculative Attention.

In its Stage 13 presale, Little Pepe has already sold 16.63 billion tokens (96.44 percent) at a price of $0.0022, raising $27.42 million of its $28.77 million target. The next stage is priced at $0.0023. This rate resembles the early development stages of meme coins such as Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB), which transformed viral attention into a valuation of millions of dollars.

Unlike more traditional meme tokens, which are largely driven by community buzz, the Little Pepe brand establishes itself as a full-fledged Layer-2 meme blockchain, offering extremely low fees, high finality, and anti-sniper bot technology. In its roadmap, it focuses on scaling, user safety, and the efficiency of meme tokenization, which older meme projects lacked. This may position Little Pepe between meme entertainment and serious blockchain performance.

The Difference Between Little Pepe, DOGE, and SHIB.

Whereas Dogecoin (DOGE) made meme investing popular, and SHIB scaled up the concept with the addition of DeFi, Little Pepe (LILPEPE) is a meme project that builds it and establishes it as part of a Layer-2 ecosystem. The architecture of the network is designed to achieve low costs and high transaction speeds, which is why this network is one of the most effective places for creators to release meme tokens or NFT communities. According to CoinMarketCap and DeFiLlama, Layer-2 networks like Arbitrum (ARB) and Optimism (OP) have locked billions of total value (TVL). Provided that Little Pepe manages to get even a piece of this action in the meme sector, it can become, arguably, one of the top DeFi-powered meme projects in 2025. Another aspect that provides the group with operational depth and investor confidence is the team’s mention that it collaborates with anonymous blockchain professionals who have advised top-performing meme tokens in the past.

Securing Engagement With Little Pepe Megagiveaway.

As part of its expansion, Little Pepe has implemented a Mega Giveaway to cover Stages 12-17 of the presale. There are 86,171 entries and 55 days to go; hence, more than 15 ETH in rewards will be given out:

  • 1st Buyer – 5 ETH
  • 2nd Buyer – 3 ETH
  • 3rd Buyer – 2 ETH
  • 15 Random Winners – 0.5 ETH each

The greater the purchase, the greater the chances of winning. This campaign will support Little Pepe’s community-based philosophy while maintaining momentum in presales ahead of significant exchange listings.

This giveaway does not affect the inventory of $77,000 worth of LILPEPE tokens that will be given to 10 randomly selected participants of the presale as an incentive for participation. These giveaway schemes are a means of cultivating the Little Pepe community and increasing engagement with the token.

The Potential of Little Pepe Mirror SHIB to Be Successful?

The trader predicting a 19,739% increase might be ambitious, but the underlying fundamentals, such as high-speed presale turnover, Layer-2 scalability, and a reward system, are supported by data, which indicates that Little Pepe could become a serious player in the meme economy. Being one of the few Layer-2 networks created with the express purpose of memes, Little Pepe is the next step towards community-driven interaction on the blockchain. The listing is already secured on CoinMarketCap, and two leading centralized exchanges are being planned, indicating a high level of interest. Investors interested in early-stage ventures may consider the current presale before Stage 13 closes. As innovation, performance, and meme culture become increasingly intertwined, Little Pepe may rethink the way in which meme coins will evolve in the crypto ecosystem of 2025.

Which Altcoins Stand to Gain from the SEC’s New ETF Listing Standards?

On Wednesday, the US SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) took a landmark step in crypto regulation, approving generic listing standards for spot crypto ETFs (exchange-traded funds). This new framework eliminates the case-by-case 19b-4 approval process, streamlining the path for multiple digital asset ETFs to enter the market in the coming weeks. Grayscale’s Multi-Crypto Milestone Grayscale secured a first-mover advantage as its Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) received approval under the new listing standards. Products that will be traded under the ticker GDLC include Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano. “Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund $GDLC was just approved for trading along with the Generic Listing Standards. The Grayscale team is working expeditiously to bring the FIRST multi-crypto asset ETP to market with Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano,” wrote Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg. The approval marks the US’s first diversified, multi-crypto ETP, signaling a shift toward broader portfolio products rather than single-asset ETFs. Bloomberg’s Eric Balchunas explained that around 12–15 cryptocurrencies now qualify for spot ETF consideration. However, this is contingent on the altcoins having established futures trading on Coinbase Derivatives for at least six months. This includes well-known altcoins like Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), and Chainlink (LINK), alongside the majors already included in Grayscale’s GDLC. Altcoins in the Spotlight Amid New Era of ETF Eligibility Several assets have already met the key condition, regulated futures trading on Coinbase. For example, Solana futures launched in February 2024, making the token eligible as of August 19. “The SEC approved generic ETF listing standards. Assets with a regulated futures contract trading for 6 months qualify for a spot ETF. Solana met this criterion on Aug 19, 6 months after SOL futures launched on Coinbase Derivatives,” SolanaFloor indicated. Crypto investors and communities also identified which tokens stand to gain. Chainlink community liaison Zach Rynes highlighted that LINK could soon see its own ETF. He noted that both Bitwise and Grayscale have already filed applications. Meanwhile, the Litecoin Foundation indicated that the new standards provide the regulatory framework for LTC to be listed on US exchanges. Hedera is also in the spotlight, with digital asset investor Mark anticipating an HBAR ETF. Market observers see the decision as a potential turning point for broader adoption, bringing the much-needed clarity and accessibility for investors. At the same time, it boosts confidence in the market’s maturity. The general sentiment is that with the SEC’s approval, the next phase of crypto ETFs is no longer a question of ‘if,’ but ‘when.’ The shift to generic listing standards could expand the US-listed digital asset ETFs roster beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum. Such a move would usher in new investment vehicles covering a dozen or more altcoins. This represents the clearest path yet toward mainstream, regulated access to diversified crypto exposure. More importantly, it comes without the friction of direct custody. “We’re gonna be off to the races in a matter of weeks,” ETF analyst James Seyffart quipped.
